Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, this characteristic 16th century building has been transformed into a comfortable guest house, whilst still maintaining many of it's original features, including oak beams and thick stone walls. Take a refreshing dip in the indoor swimming pool and rejuvenate in the sauna before unwinding in the guest lounge. Centrally located within Hay-on-Wye, famous for being the second hand book capital of the world, during your stay you can explore the town's arts, crafts and eccentric shops. also nearby you can find the beautiful Cathedral City of Hereford, Brecon with it's canal and Cathedral, and local Castles such as Raglan. The Seven stars is also adjacent to the Offa's Dyke Path and Wye Valley Walk. We offer drying facilities and a lock up area for cyclists. The area boasts a variety of outward bound activities i.e. canoeing, pony trekking etc. The Owner, Russell Sime is is former 2 AA Rosette awarded Chef. There is a wide ranging menu offering high quality local produce.
