The Serena Hotel is centrally located in Rome's inner city, just a few paces from the main train station, Stazione Termini. It is the ideal location from whence to begin extended sightseeing or shopping tours of the city, with sights such as the Colosseum, Foro Romano and the Piazza Venezia with the palace and the national monument just a few minutes walk away. The airport is some 20 km away and there is a free shuttle bus service available on request (40 minutes driving time). The newly renovated Serena Hotel comprises 29 rooms of which 20 are doubles and 9 are singles. Facilities on offer include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift and a safe. Moreover, there is a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant to be taken advantage of. The tastefully decorated rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with a shower or bathtub and hairdryer, a king-sized bed, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar, a hire safe, central heating and individually controllable air conditioning.
