The Seed and Oak is a 3 star Midrand bed and breakfast in close proximity to the Gallagher Estate convention centre and the N1 highway (also called the Ben Schoeman Highway). Located in a large, mature garden, the Seed and Oak is an intimate bed and breakfast with 9 guest accommodations of various sizes and configurations. Guests are welcome to use the modern, fully equipped communal kitchen. If requested in advance, the property can provide shuttle service to and from OR Tambo International Airport, for an additional charge. The Seed and Oak is well located near the centre of Midrand, approx. a 5 minute drive from the Gallagher Estate convention centre (also called the Midrand Conference Centre), the largest conference centre in South Africa and the home of the Pan-African Parliament. From the bed and breakfast it’s approx. a 15-20 minute drive to the Kyalami motor racing circuit. Golf courses are a short drive away, at the Kyalami Country Club‎ and the Blue Valley Golf and Country Estate‎. Midrand is approx. 14 km/8.7 miles from the township of Tembisa, 22.4 km/13.9 miles from Centurion, and 28 km/17.4 miles from the city centre of Johannesburg.
