It is a family run property offering a friendly professional service, ideally located in the centre of Hanioti. This property is made up of several yellow three storey buildings overlooking the hotel swimming pool. Breakfast is served in the lobby/bar area. There is also a snack bar by the pool. The lobby is medium in size and features a reception desk and a bar with seating overlooking the pool. Rooms are decorated in neutral colours with tiled floors. They are in excellent condition and well maintained. Facilities include television, radio, telephone, balcony or terrace (some with sea view) and fully equipped kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Air conditioning is available (payable directly to the hotel). This hotel is located in Hanioti, a lively village on the Kassandra Peninsula of Halkidiki. It is 250 metres from the beach, 150 metres from the village centre, local shops, restaurants, bars and tavernas and 100 metres from the nearest supermarket. The airport is approximately an hour and a half by car, as is the cosmopolitan city of Thessaloniki.
