The residential building is a classified building which forms part of a wide chain in which an old factory that used to manufacture cow's leather between 1800 and 1910 has been included. As for the building's refurbishment, which started back in 1996, we could not gain perfection within the natural effect we desired for it for it to be faithful regarding the original style of the house. Beyond other considerations, we have indeed honored each and every typical characteristic regarding the traditional materials that had originally been used for its building. The wood, and the stone are indeed the heart and soul of the place itself. In the external courtyard, we may admire a big old wheel made out of granite that was originally from a mill used for chopping wood and a fountain back in the origins of the 19th century, there are also many other things you may discover. Services include: Marble stone bathrooms that included hairdryers, Central heating, Satellite T.V. ,Wifi access and free internet, Mini bar, Laundry and Nanny Services(request). Getting to the Hotel: Its very easy to get to the San Nicola's house, it's at the end of the SILVER WAY, also 10 kilometers from the airport, and 200 meters from the train station. Ana's restaurant, in the same building. The restaurant has been settled in the ground floor of the building. You may taste a specialized gastronomy belonging to a creative kitchen that is mastered in traditional dishes and a regional kitchen, also offering snacks and Galitian wines. With room for 60 people , it includes private dining-rooms, and is fitted-in where the old wine cellars used to be surrounded the central courtyard. Decorated with a modern style that combines the cliche of an antique building, you may even find a washing sink dated from 1886, which is provided to show its original roots.
