The building was erected as a tenement building in 1968 with 27 m and 35 m apartments in the social housing style of the 1960s. In 2007, the building was remodelled into a spacious apartment hotel by a young team of architects. STANYS the apartment hotel offers you 36 newly built apartments with spacious rooms ranging in total size from 36 m to 52 m. Some of the apartments feature south-facing balconies. The following services are available to our guests: a continental breakfast if desired in our self-service lounge for a certain fee per person. external laundry service, sightseeing tours, taxis, shuttles, concierge services 12 parking lots in the hotel-owned courtyard are available for a certain fee per night on availabiity at the time of arrival only. STANYS the apartment hotel is compelling also for its optimal accessibility by public transport. The Schonbrunn Imperial Palace, the Gloriette, and the Schonbrunn Zoo are all only a 25-minute walk or 5 tram stops away. Viennas largest shopping mall - Mariahilfer Strasse - is starting a few steps away. In just 5 underground train stops (about 10 minutes), you can get to Stephansplatz to St. Stephan's Cathedral at the very heart of Vienna's Old Town. STANYS the apartment hotel is a non-smoker apartment hotel. IMPORTANT INFO: Our reception desk is open between 06.00 am and 10.00 pm. If you will arrive after 10.00 pm please inform us latest till 09.00 pm on the day of arrival. Then we can provide you with the information about the security code to get access to the hotel and to your room key.
