The Roslyn House is a well appointed and comfortable guest house located in the centre of Pateley Bridge just off the main street and only two hundred yards from the river Nidd. It has a pleasant lounge an attractive dining room and six well appointed bedrooms. Parking is available. The owners Lawrence & Liz Glynn place great emphasis on a warm welcome good food and first class service. Their aim is to make your stay at the Roslyn House a happy one! Pateley Bridge in the heart of Nidderdale is an ideal base for visiting the Dales and Yorkshire Moors for touring Herriot Emmerdale and even Bronte Country. Close by is Ripon with its famous cathedral the spa town of Harrogate 12 miles and just 30 miles away the city of York. Pateley Bridge is an all year round centre for walkers fishermen country lovers... In fact anyone who likes to get away for a while from the rat race to enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere and beauty of the surrounding countryside can do it here. Although Pateley Bridge is tucked away in the country it is within forty minutes drive of some of the country's top theatres and concert venues. It is a place many come to because it is a convenient stop-over point on a long journey. Many though once they're here stay on - and many more decide to come back and explore the full range of facilities and opportunities the area offers.
