A 4 minute walk from the nearest pub restaurant, 10 minutes from the town square with its wide variety of shops and restaurants. 5 minutes from Launceston Steam Railway and Launceston Golf Course. Ideally located for guests exploring Devon Cornwall and the Tamar Valley, the Eden Project, Lands End, St Ives, Tintagel Boscastle are all within easy distance, also the National Trust properties of Cotehele House, Lanhydrock House, Saltram House and Buckland Abbey. Accommodation at Rose Cottage includes a hearty English Breakfast with locally produced succulent bacon, delicious sausages and free range eggs. Fresh fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices are the healthy options available. All cyclists, walkers and runners including ‘End to Enders’ are warmly welcomed. Secure cycle storage is available.
