Exceptional apartments in Via Carlo Alberto, the main street of the historic center and close to the beach in Alghero, Sardinia. On the second floor of a 15th Century small historic building, these unique contemporary apartments mix the best of the local architecture and modern contemporary design. Recently renovated with the highest standards and top of the range appliances. Great view. Ideal for couples and families. The living area has a wood dining table with 4 contemporary chairs, a sofa and large cupboards for clothing and luggage. Cot and highchair available on request. The beautiful modern kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances and has a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen, refrigerator freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The main bedroom is located in the large loft mezzanine area conveniently accessible via a staircase and has a king size bed. Bedside tables and lighting are also built into the walls next to the bed. The bathroom has been elegantly decorated. Other features include a flat plasma TV screen, Nespresso, iPodiPhone docking with speakers, DVDCD, DVD Library, air conditioningheating, safe, interphone, high security door, double glazing windows and washing machine. Parking, taxis and bus stop only 2 minute walk to the apartments. The Port is only 50 mt away where you can take a ferry to the Grotte di Nettuno. Bicycle rental is available to ride around town and to the local beaches which are also within walking distance. The tourist office is a few doors from the apartments. A multilingual greeter will meet you upon your arrival to let you into the flat and answer any question you may have. We appreciate that arriving to a new place for a holiday is often hectic.
