The Riverhouse Inn is a privately owned, traditionally run Inn at the heart of Hardy Country in DORSET near the famous Jurassic coast and Jubilee Trail Coastal Walk. Compromising an exceptionally popular gastro pub with converted stable accommodation housing three delightful rooms. The Inn is situated, conveniently, in Upwey village between Dorchester and Weymouth, just off the main A354 Dorchester Road with FREE parking available. Idyllically located for exploring Dorset and the historic towns of Dorchester, Sherborne, Shaftesbury and Salisbury. The stunning coastline known as the Jurassic coast is only a five minute drive away down the country lanes. The Riverhouse Inn is a Telegraph recommended Gastro Pub Restaurant and serves first class food in a friendly informal atmosphere. The chefproprietor who is an award winning chef trained under the world famous Anton Mossimann at the Dorchester Hotel in London. Serving a varied range of cuisine from Mediterranean to traditional English with both snacks and A La Carte, food is available both during lunchtime and in the evening.
