The Riad Petit Vert is located on the Eastern side of Essaouira's historic medina, only 400 metres from the beach. The house just inside the medina walls, near 'Petit Bab Marrakech', one of the town's four main entrances and conveniently close to both coach stops and taxi rank. Accommodation at the Riad Petit Vert consists of two floors of guest rooms, each floor offering two bedrooms and a shower / toilet. The beds are all doubles and made up in very comfortable, egyptian linen. The house is decorated in a traditional Moroccan style with tedlakt walls and tiling throughout the ground floor area and the showers. The ground floor offers guests a dining area and lounge alongside the kitchen and the roof terrace offers a sun deck and games room. In the winter, the Riad Petit Vert is heated with the open fireplace and, in the summer, the interior remains pleasantly cool although the roof is always bathed in bright sunshine.
