We welcome you in our Riyadh Dar Kaotar. The guest house completely renovated in the Moroccan tradition, located in the Marrakech Medina at 100 m of the Bab Aylen door and near of the Place Jemaa El Fna and the souks,and koutoubia, near of the golf courses (10 minutes in small taxi). Warm atmosphere, charm and comfort to discover Marrakech differently. Around a Patio with the traditional central fountain, the Riad is composed of: 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms with 1 double and 1 triple room with double bed and 1 single bed). The rooms are air conditioned (hot/cold) with private bath shower, WC and dressing room. 2 rooms are ground floor and 2 rooms are on the first floor gallery, open all the Patio. 1 salon is equipped with conditioned dining room on the first floor with sat-TV and chimney a terrace on 2 levels where it dominates the Medina with sight on the Atlas Koutoutbia and snowy. Pour stay 3 to 6 nights the transfer upon arrival from the airport, train station bus or train station and the Riad is included. Sheets, blankets, linens and towels, etc. are furnish.
