The Village of Rivalta arose simultaneously with the medieval castle, so its origin can be dated at eleventh century. The complex consists of several buildings that surround the ancient church of San Martino (XI-XIV centuries), and more specifically, there are twenty houses inhabited in part by tourists, partly by residents. Inside the village over the splendid residence of Torre San Martin are also two prestigious restaurants, “Il Falco” and “La Rocchetta”.Entered in the beautiful medieval village residence for our guests is elegant yet familiar, relaxing and maybe even a little magic, where the search for detail is daily and our aim is to anticipate customer needs by ensuring high quality stays. The house included within the medieval village offers an elegant lobby and ten rooms. Each room is different from one another and all, despite being equipped with all modern technology and comfort, maintain an atmosphere of another era highlighted by four-poster beds, velvet fine silks, authentic paintings, prints and antique furniture. Our country house offers a new way of thinking about vacation and rest. Residenza Torre di San Martino is well positioned and next to some of the most interesting cities in North Italy. Piacenza, Milan, Brescia, Parma, Mantua, Pavia and Cremona are all within an hour's drive away. The distance from the airports of Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio airport is just over an hour.
