Tastefully furnished in high style modern furnishings and appointed for short or long stays, each unit is oversized to meet the needs of discriminating couples, smaller families or corporate travellers. Standard in every 842 square foot residence is a full gourmet Kitchen with top of the line appliances and fully equipped with utensils, china, flatware and stemware. Living and Dining areas, Flat Screen TVs with cable, multiple available bedding combinations plus a sofa bed for additional guests, luxury bath with double vanity, soaking tub and shower and well stocked with amenities and linens, in residence washer/dryer, private balcony with unparelled views, ample workspace, free wifi, free local calls and voicemail, plus valet parking (fee). Please note the following: Cancellation policy is 1 night penalty if cancelled more than 4 days prior to arrival, Non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of arrival. Cleaning Fee is $45 per stay for the 1 Bedroom. This is collected at arrival Cribs are available for free based on availability an upon request. Linen/towel change can be requested for $25 per day
