Finer touches include a 2 acres 8th floor resort pool complex, cabana bar (byob), full service world class luxury spa (with sauna/steam and private massage rooms and beauty services), yoga/cardio theatre, 24-Hr comprehensive fitness center, 24-Hr business center, club room with billiards, work areas, and lounge-style seating, media screening room, multiple conference and meeting rooms, and on-site pharmacy/convenience store. Valet parking is available for $12/night and hourly rates apply. Valet parking ensures your seamless arrival and easy escape to the nearby beaches and art deco splendor of South Beach. Hotel residences boast separate living and dining areas, 42 In HD TVs with cable, Free wifi, Free local telephone calls, multiple available bedding combinations offering King bedded Master Bedroom, 2 twins in a guest room, plus a comfort plus sofa-bed in living for additional guests and select residences offer a full media room (42 Inch HD TV) with an additional comfort plus sofa-bed to accommodate up to 8 guests in-residence. As always, never an extra guest fee. Your Master Bedroom offers an oversized luxury bath with marble double vanity, soaking tub, and shower (all well stocked with amenities and linens) and an additional guest bath with tub/shower combination is standard. Oversized walk-in closets, in-residence washer/dryer, ample workspace and lighting, free local calls and voicemail. Housekeeping is per visit unless otherwise arranged and guests are provided with bath amenities, luxury towels, plush bedding, duvet and triple sheeting, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Daily maid service is available as a separate fee collected at the hotel:$45/day - 1 bedroom or Loft$55/day - 2 bedroom Luxury or Ultra Luxury. Linen/towel change is also available for $25 per visit/per day as a separate fee collected at the hotel. The hotel charges $18/night for parking and parking passes are issued first come first serve. Valet parking is available for $18/night but hourly rates for in and out apply. Key pick up at 284 NE 2nd Street (before 5pm) or in the main lobby after 5pm.
