Housed in several buildings, the Residence Vacantel Les Trois Rivieres is a modern residence situated 300 metres from Mandelieu centre, a protected Mediterranean resort flanked by the Esterel and Tanneron mountain range. The 100 apartments are decorated in a modern style in light colours with functional furnishings. Guestrooms include kitchenettes, televisions and balconies or terraces. Guests can enjoy a stroll through the surrounding 11 hectare park, or find a quiet spot to read a book. Those arriving by car will find complimentary on site parking, and the residence has a lift for guests' convenience. The area is known for its Mimosa trees, which flower between January and March, and the resort also offers a wide selection of water sports, a golf course and many bars and restaurants. Guests will find the beach two and a half kilometres away, and Cannes is seven kilometres away. Nice International Airport is 35 kilometres from the hotel, and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach by car. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change. Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all rooms should be left clean and tidy. Towels are not provided free of charge and can be rented locally. Deposit is required on arrival and refunded at checkout subject to costs incurred for breakages and cleaning.
