Located in a quiet environment, at 30m from the main beach, (street to cross), from shops and resort centre, the residence is made of 2 little 3/ 4-storey building (without lift) and of 1 holiday home overhanging the sea. Arrival in the afternoon only 4pm - 8pm. Departure in the morning only 8am - 10am. Methods of payment accepted on site : French Cheques (you will be asked the identity card) and cash only. No payment by credit card. Prices do not include : • Security deposit €200, local tax €0.99pp/day, • Utility charges before 25/6 and after 27/8, according to consumption or a fixed charge (approximate amount per accommodation per week). • Charge incurred if accommodation is not left thoroughly cleaned: €44 to €56. Business hours of reception: Monday: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00 Tuesday: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00 Thursday: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00 Friday: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00 Saturday: from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00 Sunday: from 09:00 to 12:00 .
