The entire floor of the large 20th century building, standing away from the road, has been completely refurbished in order to offer apartments with harmonious architectural lines, fitted out with rare and tasteful simplicity, and offers above all a quiet relaxation when returning from the working or tourist days. The reception is open for 24h and is always available for any kind of tourist information. The residence is also equipped with a meeting room fitted with facilities for video-projections and audio installations, monitored by the event-organisation office. It is located in the heart of Florence, near the Santa Maria Novella Station, at 500 m from the Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral) and at 100 m from the Congress Building. It has thus the advantage of being located in the city centre but away from the traffic and people noises. Quiet, elegant, traditional florentine style. Breakfast buffet served in a big underground room, very tipical and nice. From the Highway A1: exit Certosa-Follow to Santa Maria Novella Station Highway A11: exit Firenze Nord and follow to Santa Maria Novella Station. 50 m from the main train station named Santa Maria Novella and where all the citybuses stop.
