Delphina Residence Il Mirto is situated amidst a charming park, which spans down to the fine sand beach of Cala Capra. According to the location of the apartments the beach is no more than 400 m away. The grounds affords wonderful views over the opposite lying island archipelago of Maddalena and the Costa Smeralda. The centre is only around 800 m away, whilst the town offers an array of shopping and entertainment facilities and is situated around 5 km from the residence. This complex comprises a total of 60 apartments. Guests can find a bar, a pizzeria and the II Paguro restaurant on the beach. For children aged between 4 and 12 years old, a kids club is provided as well as a playground. The tastefully decorated apartments each include a private bathroom with hairdryer, a combined living/ bedroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a separate bedroom with air conditioning, a kitchenette, a minibar, air conditioning (centrally regulated in the bedroom), a hire safe, a seating area and a furnished veranda. A cot can also be provided at no extra cost. There is a large seawater swimming pool available. Diving is on offer, for an additional fee, as are tennis and horse riding nearby. A seasonal entertainment programme is organised by the hotel to provide variety.
