The Michelin Strarred restaurant -Guido da Costigliole- is located in the original cellar of the monastery/ with exposed stonework and barrel vaults/providing dinner guests with a wonderfully rustic and old word setting. The restaurant is run by Andrea and Lidia Alciati. Their concept combines a bland of Piedmontese traditional dishes with modern fine dining. The wine cellar collects more than 2500 labels coming mainly from Piedmont/ Europe and rest of the world. Since november 2003 / the unique Vinotherapie Caudalie SPA is nested in the highly original cellars of the monastery/ under dry stone vaults and in a refined atmosphere created by ancient wood combined with century-old stones and italian mosaics. The panorama of Piemont s vineyard-covered hills is simply enchanting.
