The rooms have been carefully furnished and offer comforts like private bathroom; air conditioning; safety box and hairdryer. Guests are requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival to specify arrival time as the reception is not open regular hours. According to the City Council resolution n. 230-33 of 20 June 2011 from 01 July 2011 the City of Florence will introduce a tourism tax applied to non-residents overnight staying for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tourism tax rate is Euro2 for night per person and it is not applied to people who provide assistance to patients in hospital; max one each patient; or to children up to 10 years old. Additional Information; Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number. Business hours of reception: Every day: from 08:30 to 19:00 .
