Borgo Scopeto Relais is a typical Tuscan estate with delightful views of the famous city of Siena only a few minutes away-It has been beautifully restored and has all the elegance of yesteryear-From this corner of paradise you can see the Mangia Tower and Siena cathedral in the distance- This estate-which for five centuries was the residence of the famous Sozzini dynasty-is now one of the most exclusive hotels in the area and guests can be sure of a unique experience-The hotel is composed by 8 different buildings and surrounded by 5 hectares of gardens- it has 58 elegant rooms with all modern comforts which have lost none of their original 14th-century charm-Each room has air conditioning-LCD satellite TV-Internet and a safe-The well-appointed marble and travertine bathrooms have shelves-a magnifying mirror-hair dryer-bath tub or shower-Some rooms have an independent entrance and overlook the gardens-Others have stunning views of Siena countryside or of the charming little village-In La Tinaia-The hotel gastronomic restaurant-each detail contributes to create a romantic atmosphere-The furnishings and the decor blend into the typical Sienese style of the premises and the menu is a delight of genuine local and regional flavours with traditional recipes presented with an original twist on flavours-The restaurant has a capacity of 70 covers for a la carte dining or 120 covers if used for private functions. The outside terrace has a capacity of 50 covers- Borgo Scopeto Relais has a wellness centre with an indoor pool-Turkish bath and a Jacuzzi-all available at an extra charge-and a bike rental service- The main theatre-style conference room La Balzana of 180 sqm can accommodate 150 people -The ceiling is over 3.5 meters high and benefits from natural light-La Sala del Caminetto has a capacity of 60 persons for meetings or banquets.
