Quinta Zoe is a AAA approved, Award winning B&B in an 18th Century Spanish colonial house with two-feet stone walls and 15 foot high beamed ceilings. Uniquely located on a residential street just one block from the main plaza, Quinta Zoe is a quiet and secure oasis, providing the perfect location from which to discover the city on foot as well as provide a quiet respite for an afternoon siesta or simply to relax with your loved ones and friends. Carefully renovated to conserve the historic nature of this Mexican abode, your American hosts have taken every measure to provides guests with the comforts of home such as top line mattresses with luxury linens as well as modern plumbing and wiring. Guests can relax or play table tennis in one of the courtyards in front of nine foot softly lit fountains or in the game and reading room. Perhaps you would prefer the rooftop terrace with expansive sky view and church tops in the distance. Experience the privacy of your room with 15 foot ceilings and the quiet provided by 2 feet thick walls. Each room is decorated in the theme of a beloved Mexican flower with hand-carved furniture, hand-made and hand-painted tile murals and real Mexican barro floors (pressurized clay). The only second floor accommodation is the Domo Room with softly lit hand-built brick dome over a hand-made four-poster queen size bed. This very private hideaway has its own kitchenette, private bath and dinning patio with church top view. Gratis offerings include unlimited chilled bottle water and free phone calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and some European countries. Ceiling fans and thermal heaters provide you with year-round comfort in Queretaro's mild climate. Guests are cordially greeted with a welcome drink while your hosts make every effort to enhance your stay by answering your questions and providing you with a personalized map and their own constantly up-dated restaurant guide with helpful tips for your stay. As we are not staffed 24 hours - guests with early, late or no arrival time may have to call our cell phone to gain entry. Late arrivals are charged $15 per hour after 11 pm.
