The charming, family-friendly QGAT Suites & Events enjoys a strategic location in the famous business and leisure district of Sant Cugat del Valls. The establishment is situated in close proximity to Can Sant Joan Business Park and is also near a large shopping centre. The centre of Sant Cugat is around 1.5 km away and is home to the Roman Monastery. Meanwhile, Barcelona is roughly 20 km away and offers a range of tourist attractions, as well as a beach. Barcelona Airport is approximately 25 km from the accommodation. The QGAT Suites & Events comprises a total of 22 suite-apartments in a fully air-conditioned 2-storey building. The accommodation is ideal for corporate and private events as it is surrounded by green areas. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception service, and on-site facilities include a hotel safe, lift access, a TV lounge with Wii games, and a children's playground. Dining options, such as a caf and restaurant, are also available, whilst business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities and WLAN Internet access that is provided in the guest rooms and meeting areas. A laundry service is provided, and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or parking garage. Those wishing to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception. These suites are non-smoking. They come with a private terrace or direct access to the garden, and have all been designed to create a feeling of warmth and comfort with the highest technology. They feature 2 different atmospheres, with the bedroom and bathroom on the one side, and the living room, with an optional fully equipped kitchen, on the other. The en suite bathroom comes with a shower, whilst in-room amenities include a hairdryer, a TV, a radio, Internet access and a safe. The kitchens are fitted with a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, all accommodation is equipped with individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Club Esportiu Junior Sport and Spa is just 3 minutes from the establishment and offers interesting discounts for tennis, paddle tennis and swimming (heated pool). Furthermore, guests can relax in the hydro-area sauna, spa, Turkish bath and hot tub, and enjoy therapy treatments such as mud therapy, hydro-massage and other massages. Meanwhile, the Golf Sant Joan golf course is only 5 minutes away by car. This is a very technical 18-hole course which has been designed by Severiano Ballesteros, and guests can receive exclusive discounts at the course. From the motorway, take the exit signposted to Sant Cugat-Rub, and then follow signs to the hotel.
