Location This attractive beach hotel is located just 35 metres from the sea in an idyllic panoramic location, with a view over the coast of Genoa. It is just 800 metres from the sea. From here it is roughly 1 km to the city centre with numerous shopping venues as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Public transport is located just a stone's throw from the hotel. Facilities The building was built in 1957, has been partially renovated and is made up of 3 floors with a total of 72 rooms of which 1 is a single and 71 are doubles. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a lift. In addition, a TV room and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area are also available. Further facilities include a conference room, Internet access, a room and laundry service as well as car parking facilities. Rooms The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, radio, Internet access, minibar, central heating, a sitting area and a safe. Sports/Entertainment The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a snack bar, a hot tub, a sauna, a solarium (located 1 km away and at an extra cost) and a massage service. On the beach (about 1 km away) are motorboats, diving and sailing opportunities. Sport enthusiasts may also enjoy a game of tennis, riding, minigolf and golf (5 km away) as well as cycling or mountain biking.
