Set in a superb location, just minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort®, this gated community is built around a large spring fed lake and has its own sandy beach. Each of the beautiful homes provides all of the benefits of your own home and the community facilities are hard to beat. Clubhouse and bar, swimming pool and spa, children's play area, volleyball courts, fitness room, tennis courts, nature trail. **Please note that there is a $200. 00 security deposit required. Cash, credit cards and travelers checks are accepted. Credit cards will not be charged as there will only be a hold. If deposit is made by cash or travelers check the deposit will be mailed after check out. ****The rental office hours are only 9a. m. - 5p. m. Monday – Saturday, closed on Sundays. If you arrive after 5p. m. or anytime on Sunday, you will find your accommodation information in the lock box located on the pillar behind the front door. Please note that check in time is 4:00pm.
