A superb selection of elegant homes located near to the popular "Maingate" area of Kissimmee. This modern community provides an ideal central base for families wanting to be near to all of Kissimmee's attractions and the Walt Disney World. Recreation area with tennis court, putting green, children's playground and a multi-purpose court. Please note that there is a $200. 00 security deposit required. Cash, credit cards and travelers checks are accepted. Credit cards will not be charged as there will only be a hold. If deposit is made by cash or travelers check the deposit will be mailed after check out. There is a $200. 00 pool heating charge for electric powered homes and a $400. 00 pool heating fee for gas powered homes. The rental office hours are only 9a. m. - 5p. m. Monday – Saturday, closed on Sundays. If you arrive after 5p. m. or anytime on Sunday, you will find your accommodation information in the lock box located on the pillar behind the front door. Please note that check in time is 4:00pm.
