Situated in the Golden valley and surrounded by England's largest officially designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' this former Inn dating from the 1850's provides an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds. Conveniently situated by local amenities there is easy access to main driving routes and the mainline rail link to London. After a long day of cotswolds exploration enjoy an evening at home cooking with family or friends in the well appointed kitchen with granite worktops and Rangemaster cooker. While the dishwasher finishes the chores ascend the original worn pitch pine stairway and retire to the top floor open plan living area and perhaps plan the next day's expedition in the map area. Take a look out through the french doors of the juliette balcony & you may be lucky enough to see deer browsing closeby. Then curl up on the sofas by the woodburner to experience surround sound home cinema with 46 inch LCD screen & full High Definition Sky package. Relax in the roll top bath & admire the view of the hillside. You'll find fluffy white towells robes & slippers in your bedroom. Snuggle up on your comfortable pocket sprung mattress with your choice of feather or non allergenic microfibre duvets & 100% cotton bed linen. Next morning take an invigorating shower in the wet room in preparation for another exciting day.. First batch of logs for the woodburner provided in winter. Basic items such as toiletries dish washer tablets are provided for at least the initial few days of your stay also milk/tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits on arrival. Street parking outside.
