If you are on a tour in Transylvania or/and you dream about spending a few days in the Mountains, the Apuseni Mountains and Casa Motului B&B are the perfect place for you. You can arrive by car or by bus from cities like Alba Iulia, Cluj Napoca or Oradea. If you fly to Cluj Napoca, you can take a rented car and come over the Apuseni Mountains, spend a few days at Casa Motului and see the beautiful scenery and tourist objectives all along the Aries Valley, and arrive using the same road to Oradea all the other way back from Oradea to Cluj Napoca. AccessBy plane: the closest airports are in Oradea (121 km away, about 2 hours drive) and Cluj (158 km away, about 2 hours and 30 minutes drive)By car or bus or minibus: Access by car is on DN75 on the following routes: Cluj Napoca - Turda – Campeni – Arieseni Alba Iulia - Zlatna - Abrud - Campeni - Arieseni Oradea - Beius - Arieseni Deva - Brad - Varfurile - Arieseni Timisoara - Arad - Ineu - Varfurile - ArieseniNature lovers will feel at ease because Arieseni ( where Casa Motului B&B is located) is a friendly place for hiking, climbing, hunting, fishing, outdoor picnics, canoeing, Nordic walking or trekking. Locals are known for their patience with which manufacture household items, craft inherited from their ancestors – moti. Thus, Arieseni spreads everything about tradition and culture, aiming to keep the legend of the place alive. Casa Motului offers complimentary wireless Internet access and complimentary parking. If you are planning on a spot of skiing during your stay, not only will you find skiing nearby, but also amenities on-site such as ski storage. Outfitted with a bar/lounge, you'll find the perfect place to have a drink.
