The Pelicans Roost is a short walk away from several art galleries, restaurants and shops. Some of the nearby scenic sites are the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Shell Museum, Gulfside Park Preserve, Sanibel Lighthouse and the Public Library. The Sanibel Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Information Center is also close by. All 20 condominium units at the Pelicans Roost come with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All condos also have fully furnished kitchens, dining sets, separate living areas, cable televisions, washers/dryers and screened porches that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The Pelicans Roost is a low-density, beachfront condo complex set on 3.5 acres landscaped grounds.
