From 200 meters of your unit there is the magnificent coastal cycleways and boardwalks that link all the way from Middleton Beach to Emu Point or from Middleton Beach to the city centre offering breathtaking scenery and the ideal location for some whale spotting in season. Park Avenue Holiday Units provides an excellent base for holidaymakers and corporate visitors while they explore all this exciting region has to offer or do business. A selection of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units are available, all of a high standard in presentation and cleanliness. Free car parking just in front of your unit and all units are ground floor level.
