Parador de Avila is a unique 4 star hotel right in the historic centre of Avila, in Castile-Leon, Spain. The hotel occupies the monumental 16th century Piedras Albas Palace, adjacent to the famous ancient city walls. It offers high quality accommodations and exclusive services, as you can expect from a 4 star hotel, being ideal both for leisure and business travellers in Avila. Guests will be able to reach on foot major tourist attractions in the city, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985. Moreover, Avila is an ideal starting point to get to know this attractive area of central Spain, with plenty of lovely historic towns and amazing natural sites, where you will be able to practise a wide range of activities, such as horse riding, trekking, canoeing or paragliding. The Parador de Avila Hotel features a magnificent glassed courtyard and a splendid garden preserving archaeological remains. Its interior decoration, with bright colours and granite floors, creates a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that will help make your stay in Avila as pleasant as possible. Hotel excellent facilities include a charming restaurant-cafeteria that offers beautiful views to the garden and the city walls; and 5 meeting rooms, ideal for holding events for up to 250 people. Furthermore, the hotel offers an Internet Point and wireless Internet access throughout the building. Please note: on December 24th, the restaurant will be open from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m., and will serve until 10 p.m. There will be a set menu on Christmas Eve (except for special needs such as food intolerances and medical restrictions).
