Location The hotel is located close to Istanbul's famous Beyoglu district and on the well known Asmali Mescit street. Public transport is within a few minutes' walk and the Galata Tower, just north of the Golden Horn, is approximately 250 m away. The railway station is around 2 km from the hotel. Istanbul Ataturk Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 21 km and Sabiha Gokcen International Airport is some 48 km away. Facilities This impressive historical hotel was renovated in 2010 and has been decorated in a neo-classical style. The hotel entrance is decorated with Italian Karrera marble, the lamps are gold plated and the furniture is handmade from walnut. The hotel comprises 82 guest rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. It provides guests with a meeting room with conference facilities, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cafe, a bar, a pub and a restaurant. The rooms are accessible by lift. WLAN Internet access is available throughout the hotel, and a shuttle service between Istanbul's two airports and the hotel is available for an extra charge. For additional fees guests may make use of the room and laundry services and the car park. Rooms The neo-classically styled rooms are fitted with high-speed Internet access, a telephone, minibar (extra charge), laptop size safe, satellite LCD TV (including pay TV) and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms are equipped with a shower and hairdryer. The rooms also feature a double bed, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and a terrace.
