Welcome to the Orchid View, an executive apartment located at the heart of the Bangkok. We are delighted to have been a home away from home for generations of expat families. Our location offers close proximity to several international school, shopping centre and Bangkok Sky Train (see location) and yet is in a quiet area of Bangkok. It is ideal for raising families in midst of the city. There are only 41 units in the 25 storey buildings and thus are very loosely populated. Our units are large 2-4 BR en suite of 260 290 sqm, and are fully furnished. Our apartment offers many of the common facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, gym and play area (badminton, basketball and half court tennis).In addition to the above, we emphasize the important but mostly overlooked aspect of things that many people do not see, namely safety. We conduct regularly the maintenance of our building such as cleaning of water storage, yearly fire drill, regular air condition cleaning etc. Every unit in the building come equipped with Electric Surge protection, especially important for family with small kids.
