Located in a quiet street only minutes away from the (North Marine Park overlooking the harbour at the mouth of the River Tyne) beaches funfairs and Town Centre shops restaurants clubs and bars. Created to provide service and accommodation to hotel standards. All rooms have: co-ordinated furniture and decor in the ‘Scandinavian Style’ broadband internet (wireless) Flat screen TV. with DVD (Room 3 has a 37 inch Plasma Wide Screen TV Room 5 has a 32 inch LED TV) executive tea and coffee making facilities black-out blinds internal telephone radio/alarm hairdryer mini drinks cooler cooling fan Thermostatic heating control Pocket Sprung beds with luxury Percale bedding Luxury white fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Other facilities are a Book / DVD Library ironing facilities trouser presses and laundry service for long-stay guests. Please note: (1): Check-in time from 5.00pm to 9.30 Check-out time 10.00am. Please indicate your estimated time of arrival. (2): All prices are for the room including full English breakfast. Breakfast is served between 7.00 & 9.00am. (3): We do not accept stag/hen (single sex) parties. Regrettably we cannot accept pets or accommodate children under 5 years of age.
