Situated in the picturesque village of Haddenham, Nurses Cottage offers self-contained executive accommodation, with all modern comforts in a 200-year-old character cottage. The accommodation which was the village midwifes home until the early 1950s, comprises one double bedroom with a king size bed, a single bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, with a self contained walled garden and off road parking. The cottage is situated in the centre of the village and is near all local amenities which include an Indian Restaurant and Takeaway, Chinese Restaurant and Takeaway, 5 public houses, 3 of which provide excellent evening meals ranging from standard pub food through to bistro dining. Being a self contained cottage you benefit from total privacy and have self-catering facilities available should you prefer to cook for yourself. Ideal as a one-night stop over or for longer stays whilst working away from home. The facilities include a digital television with Free View, DVD player, microwave, oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. At weekends the cottage is ideally suited for friends and family down for parties, weddings and even just a weekend, who cannot easily be accommodated at home. The key is picked up from the owners who live next door.
