Located between Branson and Branson West, Notch Estates is one of the best kept secrets in the Ozarks. Offering a secluded feel in a wooded setting but still close to Silver Dollar City and all the Branson attractions, this small development offers 2 outdoor swimming pools, a catch and release pond, hiking trails and a covered pavilion to meet up with the family. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note that to call the property's central line at 1-877-784-4614 for to make arrangements for late arrivals, assitance, or general questions. Please note the following fees- Reservation fee- USD 30.00 Cleaning fee- USD 70.00 to USD 85.00 Pet fee- USD 30.00 Trip insurance- optional- 6.5 percent of rental rate Check-in is after 4 pm. Please check in at the Branson Travel Office at 120 North Commercial to receive directions and lock box code. Check-out is at 10 am. Contact 877-784-4614 at least one business day prior to arrival for directions and lock box code if planned arrival time will be after 8 pm. Nestled in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, Branson offers live entertainment, pristine lakes, and various attractions, including Silver Dollar City, zip lines, museums, water parks, parasailing, scuba diving, trout fishing, kayaking, and outlet malls.
