A great hotel, especially for those not wating to be in the 'hub' of Blackpool with excellent tram/bus connections to town center. Very friendly staff with give a warm welcome. A recommended hotel. (08/06IT) Built around 1839, this listed building occupies a stretch of beautiful coastline North of Blackpool. Fantastic views in a very romantic setting. Set on the shorline in Fleetwood, overlooking the Wyre Estuary. 4 miles from Blackpool, 15 miles from Lancaster and 25 miles from the Lake District. The nearest railway station is 3 miles away and the mainline station in Blackpool is 4 miles away. Blackpool is our nearest airport (10 mins), and Manchester international is one 1 hour away. The trams from Blackpool have a terminus directly outside hotel front door, as are the bus stops to most places.
