Nikki Beach Resort hotel lies directly in Portimo's new yacht harbour. The sandy beach is just 300 m away and the centre of Praia da Rocha, with all its shops, restaurants, bars and pubs, lies approximately 500 m from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are to be found within 500 m, whilst Nikki Beach Club and Nikki Beach Ocean Pool are just 300 m from the hotel. Faro is a 50-minute drive away and it is just 2 km to Portimao. This air-conditioned hotel comprises a main building and an annexe block, both of which have 2 floors and a total of 196 rooms. There is a lobby and 24-hour reception. Within the hotel one can find a bar and 2 restaurants with stunning views over the river. In addition, there is a conference room, a public Internet terminal (fees apply), room service, lift access, a car park and a garage. For an additional fee, guests can use the hotel laundry service. The beautiful gardens contain 2 saltwater swimming pools and a third pool can be found (in high season) next to the beach. The beach club, the beach pool bar and the hotel all combine into one, bringing with it entertainment, fashion shows, dancers and live DJ's. On the beach of Praia da Rocha water sports may be tried out (seasonal) on payment of an additional fee (e.g. kite surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, parasailing, waterskiing). The swimming pool with children's swimming area in the hotel grounds has sun loungers and parasols. For an additional fee, guests can use the gym and receive massage treatments. Morgado/lamos golf course is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The modern rooms each have an en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and feature a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, a kitchenette and tea and coffee making facilities. They also include a minibar, an individually regulated air conditioning unit, a safe, a lounge and a balcony or terrace with views to the yacht harbour or swimming pool. In the Nikki Marina restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner can be selected from a buffet, but there are also the la carte or set menu options for lunch and dinner. The Pearl restaurant and Ultra lounge offer a five-star service with a trendy international menu, open for dinners and including DJs, dancers and a lot of entertainment.
