The Newgrange Condotel is a boutique hotel located along Timog Avenue - one of the fast growing entertainment and business centers in Quezon City. The Newgrange Condotel has compact units measuring around 35 square meters for the one-bedroom condos, and 45 to 66 square meters for the two-bedroom units. The bedrooms are air conditioned and are separate from the living-cum-dining rooms. The showers have hot-and-cold sprays. Residents who stay for a longer term enjoy the full kitchen where they can cook their own meals.
