Located on the picturesque west coast of Nevis, the Villas at Nelson's Spring are the first beachfront viilla-condo development of its kind on the island. Situated on Pinney's Beach, which stretches several miles in both directions along the leeward coastline, this area is perfect for walking, swimming, horseback riding or just relaxing amongst the palms. The setting for these condos-the beautiful coconut-lined beachfront- is steeped in history. This area known as Nelson's Spring is named after British Admiral Lord Horatio Nelson who would stop at the spring to take on fresh water for his ships during the 1700's. Still active today this unspoiled freshwater spring is host to the snowy egret, blue heron and many other shore birds who nest in the nearby trees. This whole ecological area will be maintained in it's entirety and the development is landscaped to preserve and encourage flora and fauna to flourish in their natural environment. Nestled on one of the most beautiful, peaceful beaches in the Caribbean, this villa property is strategically positioned on over 3.5 acres of prime beachfront property. All buildings are designed so they face the sea and are situated to take advantage of the most desirable view on the island--looking directly at the neighboring island of St. Kitts, the Caribbean blue sea, with it's gentle ocean breezes and the stunning mountain view of the dormant volcano (Nevis Peak 3,232 ft.).
