While staying at the Windermere accommodation, guests will be able to explore the villages of Windermere and Bowness. They will be able to enjoy activities at the lake as well. Many popular sites, such as the Beatrix Potter exhibit, are in the area around the Montfort Cottage. Some sites of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. Guests are not far from the bus and train stations. They will be able to use public transportation to reach the airport and other areas that are not close to the Montfort Cottage. The Montfort Cottage offers 4 rooms for guests, and each can accommodate up to two people. Three of the rooms offer en suite facilities, while one has a separate bathroom. The hotel does not allow pets. The hotel does not accommodate children. The hotel does not allow smoking on the premises. Those who stay at the Montfort Cottage will receive complimentary use of the Parkland Leisure Club, where they can swim, use the gym, the steam bath, and the sauna.
