Our elegant Victorian resort hotel sits majestically in 50 acres on the edge of the English Channel in the historic Cinque Port of Hythe. The Hythe Imperial’s proximity to the Eurotunnel terminal in Folkestone, Channel ports and Eurostar station in Ashford makes it the ideal location for visiting France as well as the beautiful countryside of Kent – truly still the Garden of England. The elegant restaurant offers award winning cuisine and serves a variety of dishes using fresh seasonal herbs straight from the garden. The hotel has impressively achieved an AA rosette for fine dining in the restaurant for the past six years. The restaurant is non-smoking, a dress code applies. The hotel also has a second restaurant the Terrace Bar and Bistro adjacent to the Reflections Leisure and Spa, offering a range of healthy and modern dishes.
