At the Matemo Island Resort there are 24 chalets: 8 twin beds and 16 queen size double beds. All chalets are within 10 metres of the beach, with a large front veranda with hammock and loungers. The chalets are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito screens, mini bar, satellite TV, tea-/coffee-making facilities and electronic safe. In the Resort you may find a restaurant with inside and outside deck, lounge bar and reception with Zanzibar Day Beds and reading areas, activities centre, bar and a swimming pool. You can enjoy the water sports, the Sunset Cruises, Cultural Island Tours (Ibo Island excursion) and various beach games
