The apartments are is on a small complex of approximately 62 properties and is situated in Villamartin area, a quiet residential area within 5 minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants. It is just short 5 minutes drive to the Villamartin Plaza which boasts a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops catering for most tastes and budgets. These newly built apartments, are situated on the ground or first floor with it's own front terrace and have either a small balcony to the rear or large courtyard area.they are tastefully furnished to a very high specification throughout comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and loungediner with kitchen area. A number of the properties are permanently occupied by ex-pats making local information readily available and a very friendly environment. Although certainly not isolated, we do recommend car hire to make full advantage of all the local area and it's amenities. The apartment caters for 4 people dining.
