The three-star hotel Manoir de la Riviere is built with local stone and dates back to mediaeval times. It is superbly located in the lush green countryside, criss-crossed by brooks and rivers. Each room has its own unique character and is equipped with central heating, large and airy bathroom facilities in addition to televisions and electrical points. Each room features antique beds all appointed with modern mattresses. The restaurant features its own terrace and garden area with stunning views, pre-dinner drinks can be taken here or, in the case of inclement weather, in the separate bar area just sip a cocktail or a wine there after a busy day. The bar area itself features a double height open fireplace for a beautiful rendezvous. Central to the leisure complex is an indoor heated pool which features a swim-against wave machine, strong enough to offer even seasoned swimmers a challenge. You can also relax in the sauna, at one end and a partially submerged seated area at the other with a Jacuzzi-like bubble machine.
