While the fish menu offers mixed grilled fish, lobster and skate, all to be accompanied with the fine wines from the restaurant's wellstocked wine cellar. The mouth-watering desserts are also home-made and follow local traditions with the basic ingredients of almonds and hazelnuts. The Da Giancarlo e Rita restaurant inside Hotel Mannu is open every day, all year round and also provides a catering service, ideal for parties and ceremonies, as well as organising receptions, banquets, buffets and Rotary Club evenings.
