The MMV Resort Cannes Mandelieu hotel is located just a few kilometres from the famous Croisette and close to the sandy beaches of La Napoule, half-way between St Tropez and the Italian border. The resort offers high quality service in an informal atmosphere of luxury. It is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Mandelieu, with its bars, nightclubs and shops, and 900 metres from the sandy beach. Cannes is 7 km and Nice Airport is just 25 km away. Established in 2008, the resort comprises a unique 6 hectares of enclosed, landscaped grounds with a private lake, overlooking the famous Old Course of Cannes-Mandelieu Golf Club. It offers sheer luxury in an exceptionally unspoilt setting. The atmosphere of the resort combines sophistication and relaxation and accommodation is in a total of 281 suites, set in elegant neo-Provencal buildings, with spacious sunny terraces and uninterrupted views of the lake, the gardens or the nearby golf course. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a luggage porter, a secure luggage room, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. It also offers a bar, a restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access (charges apply). Guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services and a dry cleaning service is available for an additional fee. There is a garage (charges apply) for those arriving by car and the younger guests will enjoy the kids' club (charges apply) and the children's playground. A babysitting service is available on request and for an additional fee. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the city centre and beaches. The junior suites are fully equipped with highly comfortable beds (1.60 m double bed or twin beds) a lounge area, a flat-screen TV with a variety of international channels, a CD and DVD player, high-speed Internet access and a safe. They come with a private bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer and a heated towel rail. Furthermore, a direct dial telephone, a minibar and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. Guests will enjoy the view of the gardens from the large, furnished terrace and the superior suites offer the same amenities as the junior suites but with a separate lounge. The resort features 2500 m of gardens and terraces with a 600 m outdoor pool, a paddling pool for children, sun loungers and parasols on a paved terrace or grass lawns, and a pool bar. They can enjoy free access to spa baths, hammams, saunas and power showers, all in the warm comfort of the relaxation centre and spa. There is a gym and relaxing massage or beauty therapy treatments (charges apply) are on offer. The complex features numerous sports and entertainment facilities, including 2 tennis courts, a multi-sports pitch, boules, table tennis and a video games room. Guests can also enjoy a game of basketball and there is a programme of activities for children. Mandelieu golf course is only 200 metres from the hotel. Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet and the midday and evening meals may be enjoyed la carte. Guests coming by car on the A8 motorway should take exit 40 or 41 which are 2 minutes away from the resort. Those arriving by train should take the TGV to Cannes station which is 15 minutes away. From the A40 motorway, take Avenue de Cannes. Turn right into Avenue de Cannes (D6007), then right again into Boulevard des Ecureuils. Turn left into Avenue de la Mer and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit into Avenue Gaston de Fontmichel. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the city centre and the beaches.
