MH Apartments Guell are located in the street Nou de la Rambla n 20, in the heart of Ciutat Vella or Raval area. Just in front of Palau Guell, next to Las Ramblas. In the surroundings, just five minutes walking, you will find the Grand Liceu Theatre, MACBA museum, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Real and Plaza Catalunya. The beaches and harbour are a 15 minutes walking distance. The area is secure and very frequented as it is next to Las Ramblas, nostalgic area of the city centre. All the fashionable restaurants and places to go are in this area. The apartments have been decorated with new contemporary design furniture. All the apartments are completely equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows, blankets) and a set of towels for each guest. The apartments have one double bedroom with a bed of 1,50x2,00m, and a twin bedroom with two beds of 90x2,00m. There are no sofas to be converted as beds. All are proper beds with complete bathrooms (bathtub and shower), air conditioning and heating, washing machine, independent kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine including complete set of kitchen and table utensils. All the apartments living rooms are with parquet flooring and have plenty of light as it is situated close to the balcony. The living room is fully equipped with a 21" television and HIFI-CD player. MH Apartments Guell's building has been completely reformed in July 2004. It keeps the original structure with a integral modern construction. The building has spacious balconies overlooking the main street. Once you arrive at Barcelona Airport, you must call at +34933238790 or +34646189111. There is a compulsory supplement of 20euros for late arrivals after 20.00h (04/10 dv).
