All of our 13 flats are 1st class, brand new, modernly furnished and fully serviced with all comforts; also ideal for extended stay accommodation. The apartments consist of an entrance hall, one bedroom with queen size bed, a living room with 2 double size sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen or open plan kitchen, en-suite bathroom with shower. Each flat also benefits of its own private garage in the basement of the building. Apartments dispose of armoured entry doors with magnetic card lock, electric shutters, smoke detectors and fire alarms and fire doors. The building benefits of two lifts, video entry phone and is controlled by a CCTV system, disabled access. All apartments are equipped with: 20 LCD satellite TV, private private phone, ADSL internet access by LAN and Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, safety box, iron and ironing board, video entry phone. On request subject to availability: DVD player, sandwich maker, radio, mixer, juice squeezer, hair dryer, high chair and cradle. Services included in our prices: Use of the garage, electricity, water, independent heating system and air conditioning, local landline calls, internet connection (LAN and WI-FI), VAT, bedsheets and towels, twice a week housekeeping with change of linen and final cleaning. The apartments are ideally located for business or leisure travelelrs, close to transport links, at a walking distance from Termini station and subway. Nearby shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gym and pool.
